What is different about cleaning in JVC

A home straight from the developer has construction dust, paint and grout residue: that is a post-construction clean at AED 299 per hour, not a standard deep clean. Once the home is lived in, a deep clean keeps it in order.
Families, sofas and mattresses. Many JVC homes are family homes, so sofas, mattresses and rugs are often booked together with the deep clean. Sofa extraction cleaning starts at AED 597, a mattress costs AED 499. See sofa and mattress cleaning.
Townhouses with terraces and garages. JVC townhouses usually have a small garden or terrace and a covered parking space. Terrace cleaning (AED 399) and garage cleaning (AED 299) can be added to the deep clean.
Access. Mid-rise buildings register visitors at reception; for townhouses we come straight to the door. We send the names of the two cleaners before the visit.
