What should I do if my property has been damaged?

We keep a photo and video protocol of each room before and after cleaning, and store it for 3 days. If the fact of the damage will be confirmed by the protocol, we will fully compensate the cost of your damaged property.
What should I do if I am not satisfied with the quality of the cleaning?
In case of poor cleaning quality you can contact us within 24 hours after the service is provided. Just send a description and photo of the problem on WhatsApp. We value our reputation, so if the cleaning service was provided improperly, we will issue a 100% refund for the service. Moreover, you will get a discount on the next cleaning order.
How will the photos/videos of my apartment be used?
We guarantee complete confidentiality of your personal data, as well as photo and video materials. We keep a photo and video protocol of each room before and after cleaning, and store it for 3 days. But it is necessary just to control the quality of the cleaning. We can use photos/videos of your apartments on our website only with your written permission.
