Clean Area deep cleaning in Dubai costs from AED 999 + 5% VAT for a studio at a fixed price, or AED 299 per hour + VAT for a crew of two trained cleaners (minimum 3 hours). A deep clean covers every room top to bottom, including grease and limescale removal and hard-to-reach areas; inside the oven, fridge and cabinets on request. Deep cleaning prices in Dubai
You choose how to pay: a fixed price for your home or by the hour. 5% VAT is added to all prices and shown separately before you pay; we issue a tax invoice.

Option 2 — by the hour
- AED 299 per hour for a crew of two trained cleaners
- Minimum booking: 3 hours
- Suits partial deep cleans: only the kitchen, only bathrooms, or selected rooms
The crew always comes as two cleaners. If the property needs much more time than planned because of its condition, we agree it with you before continuing.

- Outside of cabinets and drawers

- Sink, taps, tiles and splashback degreased
- Worktops, appliances’ exterior, light switches
Bathrooms
- Limescale removal from shower, glass, taps and tiles
- Toilet, bidet, sink and bath cleaned and sanitised
- Grout scrubbing, mirrors, cabinet fronts
- Extractor fan grille
Bedrooms and living areas
- Dusting from ceiling to skirting boards, including high surfaces
- Wardrobes outside
- Doors, frames, handles, switches and sockets
- Inside windows, sills and window tracks
- Vacuuming of upholstery surface, under and behind movable furniture
- Floors vacuumed and mopped
On request: inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside kitchen cabinets and wardrobes (emptied in advance).
Not included (available as extras): sofa and carpet extraction cleaning, upholstery steaming (AED 299 per room), external facade windows, moving heavy furniture, work at height beyond a step ladder.
How we work
- You book on WhatsApp or through the online calculator, and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash.
- The crew of two arrives with professional Kärcher equipment and EU Ecolabel cleaning agents. All cleaners are trained to BICSc standards.
- Photo and video protocol before and after each room. We keep it for 30 days for quality control and claims.
- Report with the work done is sent to you after the visit.
- Quality guarantee: if something is not right, send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We re-clean the areas free of charge or, if that is not possible, give a partial refund, as set out in our Terms of Service.

How long does deep cleaning take?It depends on the size and condition of the property. A crew of two needs about 3 hours for a studio, 5 hours for a 1-bedroom, 7 hours for a 2-bedroom and 9 hours for a 3-bedroom apartment.
Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?No. The crew brings professional Kärcher equipment and EU Ecolabel cleaning agents.
Do I have to be at home?No. You can leave the key with security or concierge. The crew records the condition of each room on photo and video before and after cleaning.
Can I cancel or reschedule?Yes, by WhatsApp. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, we refund the full amount. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded. See the Terms of Service.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?All of Dubai. Our office is in Wadi Al Safa 2 (Liwan).
What are your working hours?Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 9 PM. We do not work on Sundays or at night.
