Buildings with years of use. Many JLT towers have been lived in for over a decade. Bathrooms often have built-up limescale on glass, taps and tiles, and kitchens have grease on hoods and splashbacks; both are part of every deep clean.
Balconies over the lakes. Inside windows, sliding doors and tracks are included; full balcony cleaning is an extra.
Tower access and parking. Towers register visitors at reception, and parking near some clusters is limited. We send the names of the two cleaners before the visit; for move-in or move-out cleans, check whether the service lift needs to be booked.
