What is different about cleaning in Downtown Dubai
Two kinds of buildings. Downtown has high-rise towers around the Boulevard with floor-to-ceiling glass, and the low-rise Old Town buildings with balconies and courtyards. The price is the same; what changes is the work: in towers most of the time goes on glass, sills and tracks, in Old Town on balconies and kitchens.
Large glass, high ceilings. We clean all glass from the inside up to step-ladder height. Double-height glass and the outside of facade windows are not part of a deep clean.
Holiday homes. Many Downtown apartments are let to short-stay guests. A deep clean between long stays, before a new season or after a tenant moves out is booked like any other deep clean, with a photo report of every room.
Building access. Downtown buildings check visitors at reception and some ask for contractors to be registered in advance. We send the names of the two cleaners before the visit; for move-in or move-out cleans, check the service lift booking rules of your building.
What a deep clean in Downtown Dubai includes
