What is different about cleaning in City Walk
Apartments above a busy street. City Walk homes are in mid-rise buildings above shops, cafes and restaurants. Street dust gets onto balconies, sills and sliding-door tracks; inside windows, sills and tracks are part of every deep clean, and full balcony cleaning is an extra.
Kitchens and sofas. City Walk apartments are often fully furnished, so sofa (from AED 597) and mattress (AED 499) cleaning are often added to the deep clean.
Building access. Buildings register visitors at reception. We send the names of the two cleaners before the visit; for move-in or move-out cleans, check whether the service lift needs to be booked.
What a deep clean in City Walk includes
Kitchen– Hob, extractor hood and filters degreased- Sink, taps, tiles and splashback- Outside of cabinets, fridge and oven
Bathrooms– Limescale removed from glass, taps, shower and tiles- Toilet, sink and bath cleaned and sanitised- Mirrors, grout and fittings
Rooms– Dust removed top to bottom, including skirting, doors, frames and switches- Inside windows, sliding doors, sills and tracks, up to step-ladder height- Floors vacuumed and mopped
