What is different about cleaning in Dubai Marina
High turnover of tenants. Marina and JBR apartments change tenants often, so many of our bookings here are move-in and move-out cleans. In a move-out clean we also clean inside every cupboard and wardrobe once they are empty, which is what landlords check at handover; see move-in and move-out cleaning.
Sea air and balconies. Towers face the canal or the sea, so salt film and fine sand collect on balcony glass, sliding-door tracks and window sills. Inside windows, sills and tracks are part of every deep clean; full balcony cleaning with floor and furniture is an extra.
Kitchens that see a lot of use. Compact open-plan kitchens collect grease on the hood, the cabinet fronts and the splashback. We degrease the hood and filters, the hob and the tiles as standard.
Building access. Marina and JBR towers register visitors at reception. Before the visit we send you the names of the two cleaners so you can add them to the visitor list. For move-in or move-out cleans, check whether your building asks for the service lift to be booked.
