Post-Construction Cleaning in Dubai
Clean Area post-construction and after-renovation cleaning in Dubai costs AED 299 per hour + 5% VAT for a crew of two trained cleaners, with a minimum booking of 3 hours. We remove construction dust, paint and plaster residue, adhesive and protective film marks, and clean windows, floors, kitchens and bathrooms so the apartment, villa or office is ready to move in. Post-construction cleaning prices in Dubai

Time depends on the size of the property and the amount of dust and residue. As a guide, a crew of two needs about 4–6 hours for a 1-bedroom apartment after a full renovation and 8–12 hours for a 3-bedroom apartment. Send us photos on WhatsApp and we will estimate the time before you book. If the work takes longer than estimated, we agree the extra time with you before continuing.

Dust removal
- Fine construction dust from ceilings, walls, AC grilles, light fittings and high surfaces
- Vacuuming of all surfaces with HEPA-filtered Kärcher equipment, then damp wiping
- Inside cabinets, wardrobes and drawers
Residue removal
- Paint splashes, plaster and grout haze from tiles, glass and sanitary ware
- Adhesive, tape and protective film marks from frames, doors and appliances
- Cement and grout residue from floors
Windows and glass
- Inside windows, frames, sills and tracks
- Glass doors, shower screens, mirrors
Kitchen and bathrooms
- New kitchen cabinets inside and out, worktops, sink and appliances
- Sanitary ware descaled and polished, tiles and grout cleaned
Floors
- Tiles, marble, parquet or laminate vacuumed and washed with the right agent for the surface
- Balcony and terrace floors swept and washed
Not included: removal of bulky construction waste and packaging (we can advise a waste contractor), external facade windows, rope access, work at height beyond a step ladder, polishing or grinding of marble.
For contractors, developers and offices
We do handover cleaning for fit-out contractors, interior studios and offices in Dubai: one-off cleans before handover to the client, or several visits during the works. Fixed quotes are available after a site visit or photos. Write to us on WhatsApp with the location, size and planned date.
How we work
- You send us the address, size of the property and a few photos on WhatsApp, and we estimate the time.
- You book and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash.
- The crew of two arrives with professional Kärcher equipment and EU Ecolabel cleaning agents. All cleaners are trained to BICSc standards.
- Photo and video protocol before and after each room, kept for 30 days.
- Quality guarantee: if something is not right, send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We re-clean the areas free of charge or, if that is not possible, give a partial refund, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Can you clean right after the contractor leaves?Yes, as long as all works are finished, bulky waste has been removed and there is water and electricity on site.
Do you remove construction waste?We remove dust and residue, but not bulky waste such as cartons, boards or leftover materials. Please arrange this with your contractor before our visit.
Do you work in villas and offices?Yes: apartments, villas, offices and retail units across Dubai.
How many visits are needed?Usually one. For large villas or offices we may suggest two visits: a rough clean after the main works and a final clean before handover.
Can I cancel or reschedule?Yes, by WhatsApp. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, we refund the full amount. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded. See the Terms of Service.
