Clean Area move-in and move-out cleaning in Dubai costs from AED 999 + 5% VAT for a studio at a fixed price, or AED 299 per hour + VAT for a crew of two (minimum 3 hours). It is a full deep clean of an empty or nearly empty property, with a photo and video report you can use at the handover with your landlord, agent or new tenant. When you need it
- Moving out: most tenancy contracts in Dubai require the property to be returned clean. A documented deep clean helps you get the security deposit back and avoids cleaning charges deducted by the landlord or property manager.
- Moving in: a deep clean before the furniture arrives removes dust, grease and limescale left by previous tenants, and reaches places that are hard to clean once the home is furnished.
- Landlords and agents: cleaning between tenants, before viewings and before handover.

You choose how to pay: a fixed price for the property or by the hour. 5% VAT is added to all prices and shown separately before you pay; we issue a tax invoice.

An empty property is usually faster to clean than a furnished one. If the property is in a worse condition than described (for example, heavy grease or mould), we agree any extra time with you before continuing.

- Hob, extractor hood and filters degreased
- Cabinet and drawer fronts; inside cabinets and drawers when they are empty
- Sink, taps, tiles and splashback
- Worktops, appliance exteriors, light switches and sockets
Bathrooms
- Limescale removal from shower, glass, taps and tiles
- Toilet, bidet, sink and bath cleaned and sanitised
- Grout scrubbing, mirrors, cabinet fronts
- Extractor fan grille
Rooms, hallway, balcony
- Dusting from ceiling to skirting boards, including AC grilles and high surfaces
- Wardrobes inside and outside when empty
- Doors, frames, handles, switches and sockets
- Inside windows, sills and window tracks
- Floors vacuumed and mopped; balcony floor swept and washed
On request: inside the oven and fridge, carpet or sofa extraction cleaning if furniture stays, external balcony glass.
Not included: painting and wall repairs, removal of bulky waste, external facade windows, work at height beyond a step ladder.
Handover report
After the cleaning you receive a photo report of every room. The crew records each room on photo and video before and after work, and we keep the protocol for 30 days, so you have proof of the property’s condition at handover.

How we work
- You book on WhatsApp or through the online calculator and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash.
- The crew of two arrives with professional Kärcher equipment and EU Ecolabel cleaning agents. All cleaners are trained to BICSc standards.
- Access without you: you can leave the key with security, concierge or your agent.
- Photo report is sent to you after the visit.
- Quality guarantee: if something is not right, send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We re-clean the areas free of charge or, if that is not possible, give a partial refund, as set out in our Terms of Service.

Do I need to be present?No. Leave the key with security, concierge or your agent. The crew records each room on photo and video before and after cleaning.
Should the property be empty?It is faster and more thorough when the property is empty or the boxes are packed and stacked. If furniture stays, we clean around and under movable items.
Does the landlord accept your report?We provide a photo report of every room after cleaning. Many landlords and property managers accept it as proof of condition; some may also ask for a tax invoice, which we issue for every payment.
How soon can you come?Usually within 1–3 days, depending on the schedule. For same-week bookings, write to us on WhatsApp first.
Which areas of Dubai do you cover?All of Dubai, from Dubai Marina and Downtown to Liwan, Silicon Oasis and Dubailand.
Can I cancel or reschedule?Yes, by WhatsApp. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start, we refund the full amount. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start are not refunded. See the Terms of Service.
