Clean Area villa deep cleaning in Dubai costs from AED 2,061 + 5% VAT for a 1-bedroom villa at a fixed price, AED 3,435 for a 3-bedroom villa, or AED 299 per hour + VAT for a crew of two trained cleaners (minimum 3 hours). We clean every room top to bottom, including grease and limescale removal, stairs, high surfaces and windows from the inside; terraces and garages are added on request. You choose how to pay: a fixed price for the villa or by the hour. 5% VAT is added to all prices and shown separately before you pay; we issue a tax invoice.

The number of bathrooms and kitchens does not change the fixed price. A villa that needs more than one working day is cleaned over consecutive days; we agree the schedule with you before you pay.

- Suits partial cleans: only the ground floor, only the kitchen and bathrooms, or a guest wing

- Dusting from ceiling to skirting boards, including high surfaces within step-ladder reach

Stairs and hallways
- Steps, risers and handrails

On request: inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside kitchen cabinets and wardrobes (emptied in advance); terrace and garage (priced above). Garage cleaning covers dusting of walls and ceiling, washing lamps, dusting objects and surfaces, putting things in order and washing the floor.
Not included: external facade windows, work at height beyond a step ladder, swimming pools, garden and landscaping, moving heavy furniture.
How we work
- You book on WhatsApp or through the online calculator, and pay online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We do not take cash.
- The crew of two arrives with professional Kärcher equipment and EU Ecolabel cleaning agents. All cleaners are trained to BICSc standards.
- Photo and video protocol before and after each room. We keep it for 30 days for quality control and claims.
- Report with the work done is sent to you after the visit.
- Quality guarantee: if something is not right, send us photos on WhatsApp within 24 hours. We re-clean the areas free of charge or, if that is not possible, give a partial refund, as set out in our Terms of Service.
When to book a villa deep clean

Do bathrooms and kitchens change the price?No. The fixed villa price depends on the number of bedrooms. Terraces, garages and steaming are priced as extras.
Do you clean terraces and garages?Yes, on request: terrace cleaning is AED 399 per terrace and garage cleaning AED 299 per garage, before VAT.
Do you clean outside windows?We clean all windows from the inside and both sides of windows that can be opened safely. External facade glass and work at height beyond a step ladder are not included.
Do I need to be at home?No. You can leave the key with security or a neighbour. The crew records the condition of each room on photo and video before and after cleaning.
Do you cover my community?Yes. We work across all of Dubai, including Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills, Jumeirah, Mirdif, Palm Jumeirah and The Springs, at the same prices.
