Clean Area provides office and commercial cleaning in Dubai on a contract or one-off basis: daily or weekly cleaning of offices, clinics, showrooms and retail units, post-fit-out handover cleaning, and periodic deep cleaning. Every site gets a tailored quote based on the floor area, frequency and schedule. Crews are trained to BICSc standards, use Kärcher equipment and EU Ecolabel agents, and send a photo report after each visit. We issue a tax invoice for every payment. What we clean
- Offices and co-working spaces: workstations, meeting rooms, reception, pantries, washrooms, glass partitions, floors
- Clinics and medical centres: non-clinical and clinic-adjacent areas (reception, corridors, consultation rooms, staff areas, washrooms) by the clinic’s own protocol. We do not perform sterilisation or operating-theatre cleaning
- Showrooms and retail units: display surfaces, glass, floors, fitting rooms, storage
- Residential buildings and holiday homes: common areas, lobbies, staircases; turnover cleaning between guests

Pricing guide. Hourly rates for a crew of two start from AED 229 per hour for regular cleaning and AED 299 per hour for deep cleaning, + 5% VAT, minimum 3 hours. Every visit
- Workstations, desks and chairs dusted and wiped; screens and keyboards dusted (not wet-cleaned)
- Meeting rooms, reception and waiting areas
- Pantry: worktops, sink, outside of appliances, tables
- Washrooms: toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, consumables refilled if supplied
- Bins emptied, bags replaced; floors vacuumed and mopped
- Glass doors and partitions spot-cleaned

- Inside the fridge and microwave, high dusting, AC grilles
- Full glass partitions and internal windows
- Deep clean of washrooms and floors
- Carpet and upholstery extraction cleaning
Not included: external facade windows, work at height beyond a step ladder, waste disposal beyond the building’s bins, pest control.
